Lightweight but warm, showerproof raincoat in navy, fleece lined soft-shell  fabric sized for mini dachshund.  Retro design raindrops in blues & terracotta colours .  Fastens at neck and around the middle with velcro.   Measurements are:  14″ long (collar to tail)     Up to 16″ around the middle and up to 10″ neck.
